This page describes what actually runs, and it is generated from this site's live configuration rather than written by hand — so it cannot fall out of date with the code.

No account, no cookie

There is no sign-up, no login and no profile. This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser to identify you.

The link you paste

It is used for the length of your request and then it is gone. It is not written to disk, not logged and not associated with you.

Analytics

This site adds no analytics of its own — there is no Google Analytics tag. The network in front of it does inject its own measurement script (cloudflare-web-analytics), which counts visits and reports general information such as country and device type. It does not receive the links you paste.

Content delivery

This site is served through cloudflare, which sees the requests that reach it and may keep its own logs. That service also injects its own analytics script (cloudflare-web-analytics) into pages, independently of anything this site adds.

Where video bytes go

Two different answers, because there are two sources.

For xfree.com files, your browser fetches the video directly from the source's own servers. Those requests never reach this site, and this site never sees them.

For XFreeHD files, the video passes through this server as a live stream on its way to you. It is not written to disk and no copy is retained. The source's servers see this server's address, not yours.

Server logs

The web server keeps ordinary short-lived request logs — address requested, time, status — of the kind every web server keeps. They are not used to build a profile and are not shared.
